Caroline Dinsmore
The Boss
Caroline set up the business in 2007 after working in practice for 10 years to help small business owners thrive doing what they love. Studying in the evenings while raising a young family, Caroline qualified as an Accounting Technician in 2005.
As a fellow business owner, Caroline is passionate about helping others work towards the life they want from their business. She enjoys seeing clients understand their business numbers and how they can be used to achieve their goals.
Loves New York and hates being cold!
Emma Beasley
The Real Boss
Emma joined the team in 2019 after a change in career as a Nanny. Now the Office/ Payroll Manager, Emma is the first person you’ll speak to when contacting the office and also ensures a smooth onboarding experience for our new clients.
Emma has the patience of a saint and is super organised keeping everyone, the team and clients, in check!
Loves walks on the beach with her black lab Indy, but hates coffee!
Teigan Shearer
A Boss in the Making
Teigan joined the team in 2017 as an AAT apprentice and totally smashed her exams to become a fully qualified Accounting Technician in 2022.
Teigan is our Quickbooks whizz and will help you with all aspects of bookkeeping, year-end accounts and tax returns.
Loves the gym, hates people spelling her name wrong!

The cool dude of the office. He will jump on anyone’s chair to get the best view and watch the world go by.
Copper
Loves the boss
The follower. He wants to know where everyone is and is the first one there when the treat drawer is opened.
